Comments:
Sighted on the beach by my 9 year old son. Several more were reported on a nearby slipway. it appears that work on the nearby marina has disturbed them. Using a wiener that my son had for cunner bait as a size reference, it appears that this sandworm was between 16 and 18 inches long.
