went back to the nest that I posted last week, before I got close the two adults were buzzin me and fidgetty. couldn't understand it. their calls sounded forlorn an sounded as if they were hurt.. when I got to the nest, ,, it was empty.. so surprised.. looked around, but they were tiny things and didn't get out themselves. called my cousin, at the housenearby,, she told me there were a squirrel or two in the area that morning.. gusee that is what happened to them. I don't know. something got them.
