Found while sweeping a small brook with a net in search of aquatic arthropods. Photographed in a white paper bowl and then returned to the brook from whence it had come.

interesting! any idea as to the species? how big was it?

Sorry but no idea about the type of fish. It was 25mm nose to end of tail.
