The two hens are home every day for food and water - only about two kilometers from the cock.
Perhaps they'll meet half way.  Must be about time to start laying eggs.

With all the eagles and falcons around that area, it's impressive to see how well they are doing.

we have not seen the two hens here at the bird feeder for three days now.  They survived all that bad weather - .We just hope they heard a cock call.

Have a ringnecked pheasant in our area (suburban) and it is a male but it has a bright blue almost like an eye mask except it seems to come up in front of his eyes.  Can't find any info about this.  We are in Ont.  Can anyone help?
