the most Eagles I saw there in months. about 30-40 there. everywhere I look I saw EAGLES.

Is this an old dump?  I would love to photograph these guys.

Looks like a dump. They are scavengers, so I guess in winter, it's a good place to go... but quite incredible.

This is the Clarenville waste management facility . it has been there about 30 years plus. it was established when Clarenville expanded towards the previous town dump at the eastern end of the town. it is still managed by Clarenville Town Council. since the nl waste management came in effect, it is also used by that body. it is a sorting place. the garbage is buried but all other items are stored and shipped out. It is open 6, days per week , but access is restricted to persons taking in things. I don't know all of it. I took those pics from outside the gate. Also that was a snowy day and none of my pics came out good.
