The closest guess I have is a Northern Mockingbird (Mimus polyglottos). It's considered "uncommon" in Newfoundland but may breed here. However, I'm not 100% sure on the ID as the only picture with the profile is a bit blurry. The mockingbirds in photos I checked have more distinct white bars on the wings. Anyone else have a guess?

It didn't stay there to get more pics. had to click it fast as it didn't stay still. not a GOOD PIC. sAM
