Sighting Info

Posted on: May 21, 2014 @ 10:51 AM (diff: 1 days)
Comments:
5 mm nose to body rear. Was in an ant hill composed of mostly sandy soil. The hill was roughly round and about 1 meter across, located between 2 boulders. The ants did not seem particularly aggressive. I took the ant home ofr the photos. I also chilled it a bit before doing the photos in order to slow it down. This is what allowed me to get a partial dorsal view.
