there was this gull there with the Mergansers. it didn't move from them. I remember comments by TCLENCHE (TOM), in his sighting of them before that he saw the same thing. (gull). I am thinking the gull was there guard, possibly getting some morsels from the Mergansers. I am probably wrong, though. but it did seem a bit strange. a coincidence???
