The bloom is 3 cm in diameter. The name "Chrysanthemum leucanthemum" is one of several synonyms for the ITIS species name "Leucanthemum vulgare Lam. – oxeye daisy, oxeye-daisy, oxeyedaisy, ox-eye daisy"
