Bite received overnight camping near Cape Neddick on the East Coast Trail. About the size of a thumb nail or nickel. Still palely visible Aug 9.

Possibly a tick? If you experience a fever, go,see,a doctor. Lyme disease is rare in the island, but ticks have been found.
