Comments:
A pair of Loons, later joined by a single Loon, were fishing between the shoreline and Petley Rock. Twice, I observed one of the pair, bring a flounder to the surface, but in both cases, they were unable to eat the fish and let it go. I did not observe the single loon bring any catch to the surface although it made numerous dives. I was able to observe and photograph the Loons for over an hour.
