This extremely small insect was found inside a home in Paradise (I apologize for the low quality of this already-enhanced image, for my camera is sub-par in macro imaging). Its size is seven millimetres (omitting its antennae, wings and "stinger" for measurement), and I believe it is a wasp.

Yes wasp in the family Braconidae.
