Sighting Info

Posted on: June 16, 2018 @ 2:25 PM (diff: 2 days)
Comments:
Found in a water sample taken using a plastic jar dipped into the water/vegetation near the shore of a small pond. The organism was underwater and swimming while I took the photos. There is a second 0.5 mm long, transparent organism with a red interior that also appears in one of the photo. That is probably a male copepod.

Thanks Elijah. I also find these small arthropods amazing every time I photograph one of them.
